ARC Configuration Directory Tab

The Directory tab lists of available ALICE Receptionist kiosks within your organization. The ARC The ALICE-specific softphone client installed on the employee's PC, also known as the ALICE Receptionist Client. software will only receive calls from Directories that are checked in this list. At least one Directory must be selected from this list to receive calls.
